BIUT aspires to become a centre of academic excellence in urological and renal sciences. Following the SIUT model, the institute is developing structured training programmes for medical professionals at all levels.

In collaboration with SIUT, BIUT plans to offer postgraduate training in nephrology, urology, and transplantation surgery. These programmes will equip young doctors from interior Sindh with the skills and knowledge needed to serve their communities.
